Booking Fees

As of the 1st of July 2023, our booking fees have been updated. All fees are non-refundable and are charged as follows:

$35 Domestic Booking Fee / $50 International Booking Fee - Per Adult / $100 Group Booking Fee

$35 Amendment or cancellation fee of a domestic booking / $50 Amendment or cancellation fee of an international booking - Per Adult / $100 Amendment or cancellation fee of a group booking

Covid-19

The travel world has changed significantly since the start of Covid-19 in March 2020. Whilst I am here to assist you navigate through the new rules and regulations, please be aware that it is the travellers responsibility to ensure that they have all of the required documentation for both entry to their destination and also for return to Australia.

Travel Insurance

Ferguson’s Travel would strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Once the policy has been paid for, you will be insured if something unforeseen occurs and you need to amend or cancel your trip. Please always advise if you have any existing medical conditions as this may affect the level of cover required.
